Angle Of Incidence

Approaching a problem other than straight on is essential when you want to understand more fully. Looking at something from only one perspective usually provides only part of the information.

Viewing from a different angle is not the same as reflecting from the same perspective. Both involve consideration, the first uses information from at least two sources, the latter analysis is uniquely from that single view.

So it is with life. It takes several different exposures to a common experience to be able to discern real knowledge. A one-time encounter may not be enough to teach the full lesson. Love is but one example of that rule.
