Strangely, both love and lust can cause deep complex feelings of desire, nearly to the same degree. You can get lost, caught up in the excitement, forgetting where your best interests lie.

You arrive at that place with another, sometimes satisfying mutual needs. Or, you arrive there through selfish manipulation of one by another.

Sometimes you don't care where your best interests lie and you go all out for the goal. It's too late for a lifesaver in those cases, as if you care, right?

When you exceed the limits, going past the point of no return, it may take you some time to really understand where you've been. Perhaps you continue your foray, probing to previously unrevealed regions in greater depth.

Exploring new depths of passion happens to us all at some point in life.
