Each emotion has its boundaries. You'll know when you're deeply feeling an emotion, just on the edge, or on the outside looking in.

You can be fooled by emotions. You might still be under an emotional effect without realizing it. It waits just beneath to surface to be revealed by a future event, at a time perhaps not of your choosing.

The element of time is associated with emotions too. Sometimes you'll never get over an emotional experience. You can learn to live with that reality or deal with it in less effective ways.

You can meet someone who provides a new perspective about a similar life experience and the emotion you thought you understood now seems rejuvenated, requiring more deliberation towards a new acceptance.

The boundaries or limits of each emotion seem to be flexible. Whatever controls are attempted to influence the emotion may work or not depending on how changed the individual is to new stimuli.

The mosaic of all emotions within each person evolve and change as new life experiences and new people are encountered. Stay attuned to your feelings, they flow within you on their own.
