The Native Americans had an interesting approach to time. They didn't let time run their lives, instead, being in tune with Nature, they let time unfold around them without artificial constraints on their behaviors.

Celebrate the Seasons as they happen. Consider the cycles of the Moon's phases. See as many sunrises and sunsets as you can. Those are sufficient refinements towards the delineation of time for all of us.
