Secrets, those bits of information that remain silent; sometimes about others, sometimes about ourselves.

I keep secrets about others when I have good reason to do it. Maybe it was a promise to them, implied or otherwise. Maybe it is a business secret and in those cases, my lips are sealed forever.

Then there are the few of my own personal secrets. It is my belief that most things about me are self-evident, I don't hide very much from anyone. The reason being, that I'm the only one that can do anything about me.

It is a relief to be open on many topics. I find that most people don't have a problem with openness.

What I have found in life is that many people think they have secrets, but their friends and neighbors seem to know otherwise. In one way or another, they may know more about us than we know.
