A New Face In The Cloud

The above image is, Close Proximity

Today's song is I Will Always Think About You by The New Colony Six, released in 1968.

I decided to extend my presence on the Internet by creating a Facebook account. I immediately was accepted by several of my friends.

The Facebook social networking service is very popular. Even Michael Phelps has a place in this arena. Along with my LinkedIn Network, this new space on the Internet grants me a wider audience within a more narrow scope.

As time goes by some of the content here and there may overlap. Not everything is black-and-white, in fact mostly gray is the norm when it comes to decide where to publish. I added a Facebook App for my iTouch and it's useful when I'm not in front of my iMac, but otherwise connected to the Internet.

I love the latest Get A Mac ads. This one explains the new service for PC owners buying a Mac at Apple Stores.

The 2008 Olympics continue to garner my evening attention. Some of the many TV commercials are pretty good. I like Clouds the best so far. That one is from GE's Ecomagination Division.

Speaking of the Olympics, Macs are playing a big role at the games.

Bob Springer sent me a link about The Male Brain, Explained. That's something to think about. ;-)

My sister-in-law, Rita, sent me this link about the 1960's. Those were powerful years for me!

Here is today's Digital Insight.

Hues Intentions (Created in September 2003)

Every individual sees the world as they wish. Sometimes that vision is shared to a reasonable degree by another. Mostly, the various views are different enough to warrant discussion on some level.

In every serious relationship there are the signals of agreement and discord. I find that to be true from my past relationships in business, friends, and romance.

Once I stood in one fixed location and looked out. Nowadays I am more fluid, more introspective, more dynamic in reflection. This image helps express those thoughts and more... Using my own words, I quote a portion from that page's narration:

"Life is a 'curved space' of changing colors and perspectives. What you have learned during your lifetime is reflected in your interests, your speech, and the way you interact with others.

Leave your intentions with a positive spin and a breath-taking color and the world becomes a better place."
