My good friend, Tammy, is working hard to build her music business. She is another woman that takes a stand to make the world a better place. She has a special ability to join up charitable causes with emerging singers that express talent. Tammy is gaining attention for all her efforts.

In our friendship, we discuss strategies on business and life experiences. She is one more example of a powerful woman I've come to know at various levels. Fortunately for me, I know many women who are open to discuss deep topics without hesitation. I learn something from them every time...

On Sunday, for Mother's Day, I took Sherry to see the new movie, Star Trek. We both enjoyed the film very much. For dinner we ate at Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Afterwards we drove down the coast before heading home.

The dozen red roses and card were also gifts I presented to her on her special day.
