Today's song is Harvest Moon by Neil Young. I created a new digital image to celebrate that song's words. It's a time to reap what was sown the past nine months of the year.

Firstly, today is one of my best friend's birthday, Bill Artus. I wish him a wonderful day with family and friends.

Yesterday I spoke for about two hours with another best friend of mine, Fred Gellman. Although over 37 years have passed since we last saw each other in-person, the bond remains as strong as ever. We laughed as we reminisced about our high school prom night. We can each remember the same moment that night when the famous Ramsey Lewis looked down from his piano and smiled upon all of us sitting at our table not ten feet from him at Chicago's London House. One day soon I will see Fred again in-person.
